Sick piglet

June 1st one of my hogs delivered 13 babies. Some stillborn the rest healthy. One happened to be a runt only half the size of the others and with hours of attempting for her to nurse from mama the other babies made it impossible so I made the hard decision to bring her in and begin her on colostrum replacement (fed through syringe every 2-3 hours for 24 hours) then begun her on pig milk replacement feeding from a dish. She was fine, energetic until last night she started coughing and less energy but same appetite. All day she acted more normal and less coughing then all of a sudden began throwing up. Need help please!!!!
