hi I am looking for some help or suggestions on what care we need to give for our sick pigs. They have some kind of skin problem. They are current on there worming. Have been to the vet and tested for all normal pig issues and said it’s not any of those. Said it’s a yeast skin infection. But they didn’t really seem to have a fix. Said to wash them with anti bacterial soap every day. But it doesn’t seem to be helping. Any ideas?
