What worms in meat parasits look like
When in doubt toss it out.
I have never really seen any. I do my own processing Lots of it. I was processing a wild hog different bone structure than average pig. Around the shoulder area I encountered little tendons stings they run thru the meat and attach to sinew. I cant say I seen this before or some of the bone structure there was some differences. So it brought up my question of what parasites' actually look like beside flukes those I know. I know what the ones look like in the intestines. But what do the ones look like in the meat? looked online don't see much. Now I know what maggots look like. Any one have any experience?
